At JL Psychotherapy, you will receive care from a highly trained and experienced psychotherapist specializing in advanced modalities, including IFS, EMDR, Prolonged Exposure (PE), Exposure Response Prevention (and IFS-ERP), Deep Brain Reorienting, DBT, CBT, ACT, and culturally responsive therapy.

With extensive experience in both direct care and clinical supervision, Jenny has worked with clients facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, OCD, and family issues. Jenny continues to pursue advanced training and education to ensure her care remains current and effective. Her Rates are reflective of years of experience, qualifications, and specializations.

Jenny maintains two sliding scales and one pro bono spot. These are currently all filled.

Any additional time is $75/15 min

Initial Intake Session

Initial thorough intake session 75-min $445

Initial 75-minute family assessment (up to 2-5 family members) $475

Ongoing Individual Therapy Session

Jenny 50-60 min Individual Session $295-$350 Additional time pro-rated

Devyn 50-60 min Individual Session $185-$220 Additional time pro-rated

Family Therapy Session 

60-minute family therapy session for up to 2 family members - $375

85-minute family therapy session for up to 4 family members - $495

Coordination of Care (family, providers)

$85/15-min Coordinate care (family, providers)

Off-site/in-home ERP

90-minute off-site / in-home Exposure Response Prevention *Inquire about off-site or in-home sessions.

Payment is due at each session.

Pro-rated time add-ons are available.

A "superbill" can be provided upon request to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
