Jenny Li is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California, Kansas, Arizona, and New Mexico, as well as a National Certified Counselor and Board Certified Telemental Health Provider. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of San Diego and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Supervision, Education, and Leadership.
With more than 25 years of international experience across different fields and 10+ years in mental health systems, Jenny brings a globally informed and culturally responsive perspective to her work. She is fluent in English and Swedish, partially fluent in Mandarin, and believes in care that honors the whole person.
Jenny is an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist and specializes in trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, life transitions, life stressors, and complex emotional and behavioral concerns. She is trained in evidence-based approaches, and her integrative approach helps clients move beyond symptoms into lasting healing and resilience.
Alongside her private practice, Jenny serves as the Executive Director of Clinical Services at Crownview Co-Occurring Institute, where she leads the clinical department, clinical programs, clinical team. Jenny is also an Approved Clinical Supervisor by the Board of Counseling and a certified clinical supervisor through CAMFT. Clients often seek her after struggling to find progress elsewhere, drawn to her depth of expertise and the high standard of care she provides.

Devyn is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) with experience working with a variety of severity and diagnoses to include depression, anxiety, OCD, schizophrenia, substance use, and more. Devyn earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2024 and has continued her journey toward additional education and training since then. Devyn completed her practicum and intern training under the supervision of Jenny with continued supervision into her APCC. Devyn strives for respect and non-judgement with focus on a multicultural perspective and allied approach to all sessions. Devyn is an LGBTQ+ ally and is motivated to help all clients reach their personal and healing goals through a holistic approach that utilizes a variety of therapeutic methods including CBT, DBT, ACT, and more.
Devyn is an active duty military spouse and mother of 2 and is interested in utilizing her unique experiences to serve this population. Devyn understands the unique challenges that individuals in the military and their families face, and is passionate about working with them to improve their overall well-being and ability to cope with the unexpected. Devyn is also passionate about working with parents to children ages 0-5 in order to achieve harmony in the home, create personal growth, and provide parents with the tools and confidence to help their small children grow and thrive. When she is not helping clients, Devyn enjoys staying active and spending time with her family.
