Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR)

Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) helps target the earliest layers of traumatic memory, the reflexive survival responses stored in the midbrain. By gently working with these nonverbal patterns, DBR reduces tension, resolves triggers at their root, and allows the nervous system to release the automatic fear responses that keep trauma looping.

Jenny integrates Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) to help individuals reach and resolve trauma at its earliest roots. With advanced Level 2 training, she is able to track the subtle, nonverbal responses of the nervous system and guide clients safely through the automatic survival patterns that keep trauma looping. This allows release and healing of stored tension, fear, and attachment wounds, helping clients experience lasting relief, greater regulation, and a renewed sense of safety within themselves.
