Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy () Have you ever felt like different parts of you are in conflict—one part wanting to heal while another part feels stuck in old patterns? IFS helps you understand and care for these inner parts, allowing you to heal past wounds with greater self-compassion. This approach is particularly effective for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, helping you reconnect with your authentic self. https://ifs-institute.com/
